Only just realised there wasn't a photo thread for chucks, so here it is.

Here's a photo of the new girls in the coop...Sophie looks so much like Milly

Oh man, Elsie is SO my chicken! I think if I put a bit of work in I can get her to really click with people, and see them as friends instead of just food-providers. I got her into the house yesterday, and she coped marvelously well to say she'd not been outta the coop before really, apart from last time with me and Lyle!



She was OBSESSED with the mealworm bag though!! She followed it all around the kitchen, and even when I put it on a kitchen counter she flew up after it!!! Almost went in the sink

She was happy to walk all over me as long as she had her precious mealworms though...the new girls won't try new foods, they'll only eat mealworms and their food! She was balanced on one hand whilst I was stood in the kitchen and stayed like that all the way to the coop



And...yeah she flicked mealworms giblets and snot all over me

Red is is nice to see you!!!!! Those photos are darling and I love your purple hair. You and Elsie seem to be having a lvoely time together also.
