Post pics of your weirdies here!
Okay, so fish aren't that much of a weird pet but, never mind!
Here's the obligatory sticky where you can post pics of your unusual pets and, as ever, because I'm the first member, I'll go first!
First up is my very new Giant Africal Land Snail (GAL) called Isabelle. She's only young at the moment, probably a year or two old, so she's not very giant, but she'll get there!
Then we have my 3 Fire Bellied Toads (FBTs), this is their aquarium, with Sprite modelling his home for us
Sprite again (he's the most confident)
And, I think, Kero (Kero and Slippy are identical)
A photo of my old Madagascan Hissing Cockroaches
Here is Humdi
A photo of our beloved Horsefield Tortoise Ronston...he died suddenly last Christmas Eve and there was nothing we could do about it
And here is my corn snake that lives at my parents' house. He is called James, is 4 years old, and is now close to 6 foot long. This photo was taken a few years ago, and I believe was the first time Edge met James
And, finally, this is my old GAL, Sid, when he was fully grown and about 6 years old

Re: Post pics of your weirdies here!
Whoa I forgot how much GALS eat!! Isabelle ate a dandelion leaf, a handful of spinach and a small slice of melon (as a treat) all in one night...she is incredible! She eats all the outside of the dandelion leaf and leaves the stalk, but all the spinach vanished and the melon...she doesn't like grape though. She also made a huge dent in her cuttlefish too...this was her gorging yesterday

We've found some real little cuties recently! This is the smallest baby frog I've ever seen - look at the size of my watch compared to him!
The first smooth / common newt we found
And the second
And here's the little one in the hospital bay, who seemed to recover just fine and will be released tomorrow!

Re: Post pics of your weirdies here!
I tried Isabelle with some cooked pasta yesterday, I'd read that GALS like pasta and bread (especially soaked in beer!) but Sid never got to try any so I thought I'd offer Isabelle some - she loved it!
Went straight off the carrot to the pasta

I'll be posting this elsewhere but thought it definitely belonged here too! Here is Isabelle being inspected by the dog
Has she grown?!
